DRINK IN HISTORY
The historic College Inn Pub has been an important community gathering spot for UW faculty, staff, grad students, and the surrounding neighborhood for 50 years. We have it all: uber-local beers, classic cocktails, fresh pub food, cozy booths, free pool, pinball, darts, decent tunes, and the Snug Room occupied by Howard the Ghost. Find us in the basement of the College Inn building, one of the last remaining 1909 Alaska Yukon Pacific Exhibition structures still standing in the city.
The Pub offers 16 taps (three dedicated gluten free), full range of spirits, and a robust non-alcoholic menu. The food menu is classic yet fresh old school fare including house made chili, grinders, pizza breads, and of course, nachos. Nachos are still half price on Mondays (keeping the 30 year old special alive!).
Our mission is to create a safe space for all to gather -- a welcoming community center with beer.
The College Inn Pub is proud to sponsor the Seattle Sockeyes (part of the Emerald City Softball Association) and FC Faraday (UW Chemistry grad student team).
The College Inn Pub is woman, veteran, and UW Alumni Lifetime member owned.
